Scholarship Description

To be eligible to apply for a scholarship, you must be a current member of the 37th DVA in good membership standing or be the direct lineal descendant (to the third generation) of such a member. Although we value all military service, please note that the 37th ID was a division in the U.S. Army and Ohio National Guard. Applicants must contact the 37th DVA to confirm eligibility. To do so, please send an email to our Executive Director Mandy Oberyszyn at [email protected]. Additional note: A cumulative GPA of 2.25 or greater is required to be eligible.

  • Type of institution award is open to: trade/technical school
  • Award is available to U.S. citizens

  • Copy of birth certificate, Copy of parent's birth certificate that is directly related to sponsor, Copy of the sponsoring 37th DVA veteran's DD Form 214 or equivalent
