The Hannah Summer Studentship offers four undergraduate students each summer an opportunity to learn the techniques of historical research and to encourage their serious future study of medical history. The studentships are jointly administered with the Canadian Society for the History of Medicine.
One-time award of $12,000. Applicant must be New Zealand citizen or resident at time of award. Must have experience in Maori community activities and be working/training in health or related field. Award provides for research training over a six month period.
Herb Block Scholarship provides financial assistance to residents of the Washington D.C. area interested in attending designated community colleges in the area.
