Applicant must be an Illinois high school senior and be the child of an honorably discharged, deceased veteran who served after September 15, 1940. Amount varies yearly.
Applicant must be an Illinois high school senior who has been accepted in a pre-approved trade school program. Must be a child or grandchild of a veteran or active-duty.
