Applicants must be members of the Society in good standing. Applicants must be enrolled at recognized educational institutions studying hydraulic engineering. Costs covered by this fellowship include expenses for experiments, observations, and compilations to discover new and accurate data that will be useful in engineering.
Up to $4,000 is available, plus as much as $1,000 more may be requested for equipment connected with the research. Such equipment becomes the property of the institution upon completion of the work.
