Scholarship Description

Are you a college-bound high school senior of Chinese descent (at least 25%) who has been attending an Oregon high school for at least two years/four semesters? If so, you may be eligible for the Portland Chinese Scholarship Foundation Scholarship! Each year, the scholarship awards between $500 and $3,000 to Oregon high school seniors of Chinese descent who hold a minimum 2.75 GPA and show excellence in academics, community service, and leadership
