Scholarship Description

If you’re a high school senior or continuing undergraduate student residing in Appalachia Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, Maryland, or Kentucky, the Ritton Family Foundation may have the perfect opportunity for you!

Each year, the Foundation joins forces with Par Mar Stores to continue their tradition of improving educational opportunities for local students in need of help to afford higher education. Applicants may apply online on the Ritton Family Foundation website or by completing and mailing in a paper application. Scholarship recipients will be selected on the basis of academic record, community involvement, school activities, honors, work experience, statement of career goals, and financial need. Multiple applicants will be chosen to earn between $1,000 and $10,000 each to go toward their post-secondary education.
