Scholarship Description
The Carl Hill Memorial Scholarship program recognizes residents of Delaware or an adjacent county in Maryland, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania. Students who are attending the University of Delaware’s College of Business and Economics and seeking a bachelor’s degree related to the financial services industry **or** seeking a professional certification at the American College of Financial Services are welcome to apply.
