Wow! This is amazing! Words cannot express how grateful I am to have been selected as a recipient of my very first scholarship award. I plan to use this award towards my college expenses. With this, I will be one step closer to being able to afford my dreams of becoming a successful lawyer. Thank you Access Scholarships and Tailon Leitzsey for this incredible opportunity.
It’s phenomenal to have won this scholarship. I feel extremely thankful knowing my story about perseverance matters to someone out there. Coming from an immigrant household that has faced numerous hardships in the United States, winning this scholarship makes me feel validated for those months and years I spent pushing through. I’ll use the scholarship to directly purchase books I’ll need for college as an engineering major.
