Scholarship Description
Surgent is proud to offer a semi-annual scholarship award to students aspiring to a career in accounting or financial services. Named in honor of a beloved team member who passed away in 2021, the Paul Wiese Bridge Builder Scholarship Award represents Surgent’s commitment to the learning and developing of students to achieve a thriving career. It was Paul’s commitment to supporting students in their career aspirations that made the naming of this award most fitting.
Our scholarship award program is open to all currently enrolled business students working towards an accounting or finance major and attending an accredited college or university within the United States. If chosen as our scholarship winner you receive $2,500 cash and a free exam prep course for the credential or certification of your choice: CPA, CMA, EA, and SIE.
Eligibility Requirements
- 3.0 Minimum GPA
- Type of institution award is open to: two-year college
- Type of institution award is open to: four-year college
- Award is available to U.S. citizens
- Award is available to Canadian citizens
- Award is available to citizens of countries other than the U.S. and Canada.
