Scholarship Description
To qualify, applicants must identify as a woman, who is establishing herself as a head of household and a single parent, and due to extreme circumstances, following the dissolution of an abusive or emtionally traumatic relationship, has no other adequate financial means, and requires funds to meet immediate needs for herself and her children, including rent & food. Must live and attend school in the Greater Los Angeles area, including Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernandino and Ventura Counties.

- Must be Female
- Must currently be Single
- Type of institution award is open to: two-year college
- Type of institution award is open to: four-year college
- Type of institution award is open to: trade/technical school
- Award is available to U.S. citizens
