Scholarship Description
Each year, CLAGS sponsors two student travel awards open to all graduate students enrolled in the CUNY system. A cash prize is awarded to a student presenting subject matter that addresses gay, lesbian, bisexual, queer, or transgender issues in their respective field. Presentations can be for conferences held in the U.S. or abroad.
Requirements:
Submissions should include a one-page abstract of the paper or presentation and a cover sheet detailing the conference dates, location and complete contact information for the applicant

Award winners will be required to submit proof of attendance and travel.
Eligibility Requirements
- For residents of the following states: New York
- Award is available to U.S. citizens
- Award is available to Canadian citizens
- Award is available to citizens of countries other than the U.S. and Canada.
