Scholarship Description

The Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarships program aims to attract and retain world-class doctoral students by supporting students who demonstrate both leadership skills and a high standard of scholarly achievement in graduate studies in the social sciences and humanities, natural sciences and engineering, and health sciences. It is available to both Canadian and international PhD students at Canadian universities. Must be nominated by a recognized Canadian university. Valued at $50,000 per year for three years during doctoral studies.

Eligibility Requirements

• Award is available to U.S. citizens
• Award is available to Canadian citizens
• Award is available to citizens of countries other than the U.S. and Canada.
