Scholarship Description
Recognition – $500 Scholarships
Every year NSH offers five $500 scholarships to NSH student members enrolled in a NAACLS approved histology program. Scholarship funds are provided to support the educational endeavors of aspiring Histotechnologists.
- The recipient is recognized at the NSH Annual Membership Meeting in September
- In addition, the recipient of this scholarship receives a $500 scholarship given on a reimbursement basis.
Applicants are considered for all five scholarships when applying:
- NSH Student Scholarship
- Avantik Student Scholarship
- Irwin S. Learner Student Scholarship sponsored by Epredia
- Newcomer Supply Student Scholarship
- Sakura Finetek USA Student Scholarship
Eligibility Requirements
- Type of institution award is open to: two-year college
- Type of institution award is open to: four-year college
- Award is available to U.S. citizens
- Award is available to Canadian citizens
- Award is available to citizens of countries other than the U.S. and Canada.
