Scholarship Description

Scholarships to students enrolled at a California College or University for professions which are centered on, or support a career in real estate transactional activity. Must have maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Eligibility Requirements

  • 3.0 Minimum GPA
  • For residents of the following states: California
  • Type of institution award is open to: two-year college
  • Award is available to U.S. citizens
  • Award is available to Canadian citizens
  • Award is available to citizens of countries other than the U.S. and Canada.

  • Interview required
  • A copy of the official IB, AICE & AP test score sheet, Verification of GPA
