Scholarship Description

Award for qualified minority candidates who have been accepted into an accredited four-year Connecticut college or university and intend to enter the teaching profession. Must have 3.0 GPA.

Eligibility Requirements

  • 3.0 Minimum GPA
  • Must currently be in high school
  • For residents of the following states: Connecticut
  • Must be American Indian/Alaska Native
  • Must be Asian/Pacific Islander
  • Must be Black, African American
  • Must be Hispanic, Latino/a
  • Award is available to U.S. citizens
  • Award is available to Canadian citizens
  • Award is available to citizens of countries other than the U.S. and Canada.
