Scholarship Description

Open to any Pennsylvania woman in the sophomore or junior class of an accredited college or university in a four year undergraduate degree program.

Must be in academic good standing and be a registered Democratic voter or be an active participant in the activities of the Democratic Party.  The PFDW scholarship award is to be used during her junior or senior year.  The award is presented at the PFDW Annual Convention.
