American Legion Department of West Virginia Board of Regents Scholarship

Scholarship Description

One-time prize awarded annually to the winner of the West Virginia American Legion State Oratorical Scholarship Program Contest. Must be in ninth to twelfth grade of an accredited West Virginia high school to compete. For use at a West Virginia institution only.

Eligibility Requirements

• Must currently be in high school
• For residents of the following states: West Virginia
• Type of institution award is open to: four-year college
