Scholarship Description
One-time award for female preparing for ordained ministry as an elder in the United Methodist Church. Must be 35 or older, enrolled full-time in an accredited school of theology, and working toward a basic seminary degree. Applicants must be a certified candidate for the elder track at time of application and have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Preference will be given to applicants who have chosen ministry as a second career.
