In order to be eligible, applicants must be an unpaid caregiver to a family member or loved one who lives with a chronic disability or medical condition requiring consistentin-home care. Scholarships for students intending to pursue a career as full-time teachers at U.S. periodontal programs upon graduation from U.S. periodontal postdoctoral training programs. Scholars may apply for award each year for up to three years as long as they remain eligible.
