To be eligible, applicants must: Be interested in writing about bowling either as a volunteer, part- or full-time journalist; Participate in the sport of bowling, although bowling skills are NOT a requisite.

Scholarships open to the legal children of New Jersey National Guard Members who are also members of the Enlisted Association. Also open to any drilling guardsperson who is a member of the Enlisted Association. Along with application, submit proof of parent’s membership and a letter stating the reason for applying and future intents.
