Scholarship Description

One-time award available to licensed general class or extra class amateur radio operators. Must be a member of American Radio Relay League and have an A or equivalent grade point average including graded courses in mathematics, science, and languages and excluding grades in sports or physical education. Must also be a resident of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
