Scholarship Description
One $1000 award is available to a student who possesses a technician class or higher amateur radio license and studying international studies. Academic merit, financial need, and interest in promoting Amateur Radio will be taken into consideration. Preference given to an ARRL members who are Baccalaureate or higher degree candidates.
