Scholarship Description
Applicant must: be an African-American male; be a graduate of a Baltimore City public school; have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better; have demonstrated financial need; have verifiable community service or extracurricular activity; write an essay of 500-1,000 words describing the environment you live in and the most meaningful contribution you have made as a volunteer in your community.
