American Legion Auxiliary Department of Ohio Department President’s Scholarship

Scholarship Description

The applicant must be an honorably discharged veteran or a son or daughter (adopted, step, grand, or great-grand) of a living, deceased, or disabled honorably discharged veteran who served during the eligible war dates (see website). The applicant must be sponsored by an Ohio American Legion Auxiliary Unit. A Unit may sponsor only one candidate per scholarship.

Eligibility Requirements

• Must currently be in high school
• For residents of the following states: Ohio
• Type of institution award is open to: two-year college
• Type of institution award is open to: four-year college
• Type of institution award is open to: trade/technical school
