One $1000 scholarship for a student with active general class or higher amateur radio license who is studying at any accredited 4-year college or university. Must be studying science, math, engineering, or technology.

Preference will be given to applicants residing in Louisiana. If no qualified applicant is identified, the scholarship may be awarded to an applicant from the Delta Division (Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee). Applicant must hold a Technician Class or higher Amateur Radio Operators license.
One $1000 award for a U.S. citizen and Florida resident studying in a technical field at any four-year college or university. May have any class of active Amateur Radio license. One $500 award is available to residents of ARRL’s Northwest, Pacific, and Southwest divisions. Must have a general class or higher amateur radio license, attend a four-year college or university, and have a minimum 3.0 GPA.
Five scholarships of $4000 each are awarded to children of members in NALC. Renewable for three consecutive years thereafter providing the winner maintains satisfactory grades. Applicant must be a high school senior when making application.
